Two men carrying bounty of Rs 25,000 each shot at in UP's Etawah: Police

Etawah (Uttar Pradesh), [India], March 12 (ANI): Two men carrying a bounty of Rs 25,000 each on their head, were injured in an encounter with police here last night, a senior police official said.

Etawah (Uttar Pradesh), [India], March 12 (ANI): Two men carrying a bounty of Rs 25,000 each on their head, were injured in an encounter with police here last night, a senior police official said.
Senior Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Mishra said on Tuesday, "Several cases were already registered against them in different districts of Uttar Pradesh. The gang comprised three persons and two of them, Madhav Gupta and Ashish Chauhan, were shot at during the encounter. However, one of them managed to flee."
He said, "We have recovered an Uber car, which they had stolen from Delhi."
The injured have been admitted to Etawah district hospital.
Further investigation is underway. (ANI)
