Two dead and one injured in landslide on Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine track

As many as two people were killed and one person got injured in a landslide and shooting stones that took place on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine track on Monday.

Katra (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], September 2 (ANI): Two people were killed and one person was injured after a landslide followed by shooting stones was witnessed near the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine track on Monday.
The disaster Management team of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has reached the spot. Katra SDM Piyush Dhotra informed that the dead bodies and the injured were brought to the hospital.
"A landslide occurred in which two people lost their lives and one person is injured...The dead bodies and injured are being brought to the hospital..." said Katra SDM Piyush Dhotra.
Restoration work is underway. More updates are awaited. (ANI)
