The seized stock consists of multiple illegal categories -- a significant portion of the haul is Foreign Made Foreign Liquor (FMFL), smuggled directly from abroad; Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) mixed stock was recovered during the raid; Defense-Only Liquor, stock legally restricted solely to military personnel and unverified suspected spurious liquor: stock requiring lab testing to trace its origin.

BJP leader Karunasagar on Thursday hit out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his party over the revised Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) framework, questioning whether the Congress was opposing UPI or seeking "another political slogan" against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"This is completely bogus; they are spreading. They are saying that the entire transaction of money is going to become a digital transaction. Earlier, you made it as their advantage, and you claimed it as the biggest advantage of the Modi government, and their transaction is now digital.
