Ajmer (Rajasthan) [India], April 21 (ANI): Amid the Lok Sabha elections, Congress candidate from Rajasthan's Ajmer, Ramchandra Choudhary said that there is a Congress wave in Rajasthan and the BJP will secure only 5 out of 25 seats in the state.
Expressing his vision for Ajmer's progress, the candidate emphasized the need for enhancing railway connectivity by linking Merta-Ajmer and Ajmer-Kota to existing railway lines.
Additionally, plans for constructing overbridge connections and establishing more industrial factories were put forward by the Congress leader.
"For Ajmer's development, I want that Merta-Ajmer, Ajmer-Kota be connected to the railway lines. The overbridge connectivity and more industrial factory can be built. IIT and IIM must be build here. We want to take forward Ajmer, more than Denmark in terms of dairy and that the city becomes an international regional Dham".
Furthermore, the leader asserted that a 'Congress wave' is there in Rajasthan.
"The Congress guarantee is flowing in Rajasthan. Modi's guarantee has failed. Which guarantees of PM Modi were fulfilled? He promised Rs 15 lakh in bank accounts of poor, promised of giving 2 crore jobs, promised of increasing farmers income. Was it all done?" he asked.
"They (BJP) will only get five seats out of 25. There is just Congress wave in Rajasthan, BJP has dimmed," he asserted.
"At least lakh families of milk suppliers have placed their trust in me for supporting them over the past 40-45 years. They have confidence that my representation in the Lok Sabha will result in the introduction of beneficial programs for their welfare," the Congress leader asserted.
Meanwhile, the absence of Sachin Pilot, the former MP from Ajmer, from the local campaign trail has sparked discussions among local Congress leaders. However, Congress candidate Ramchandra Choudhary mentioned that Pilot might join the campaign in the coming days.
On Sachin Pilot's roadshow, in Ajmer, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress leader said that he is going to conduct a public meeting on 23 or 24 April.
On BJP leader Bhagirath Chaudhary's candidature from Ajmer, Choudhary said, "I dont consider him a comparable candidate to myself".

As the Lok Sabha elections approach for the remaining 13 seats out of 25 in Rajasthan, the political landscape in Ajmer constituency is heating up. This time, the battle in Ajmer is primarily between incumbent BJP candidate Bhagirath Choudhary and Congress nominee Ramchandra Choudhary. (ANI)
