"Thank PM Modi on behalf of Telangana people": G Kishan Reddy on launch of development projects in state

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], March 4 (ANI): Union Minister and Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President G Kishan Reddy on Monday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the launch of development projects worth over Rs 56,000 crore in Telangana.
"The foundation stone of Science Experience Centre was laid and this will create awareness among the new generation...The Science Experience Center will be opened within 2 years," Reddy told reporters.
"I thank PM Modi on behalf of the people of Telangana," he added.
Prime Minister Modi inaugurated, laid the foundation stone of and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth more than Rs 56,000 crore in Telangana's Adilabad on Monday.
The multiple projects related to power, rail and road sectors have been launched by the Prime Minister today.
PM Modi dedicated NTPC's 800 MW (Unit-2) of Telangana Super Thermal Power Project in Telangana's Peddapalli and dedicated 660 MW (Unit-2) of North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Jharkhand's Chatra.
This is the country's first Supercritical Thermal Power Project conceived with an Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) of such large magnitude which reduces water consumption to 1/3rd in comparison to conventional Water-Cooled Condensers. The commencement of work on this project was flagged off by the Prime Minister.
PM Modi, during his address in Adilabad, targeted the opposition coalition, INDIA bloc over nepotism and corruption.
He also responded to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Chief Lalu Yadav's 'no family' remarks against him.
"The leaders of the INDI alliance, deeply engrossed in corruption, nepotism and appeasement, are becoming nervous. When I question their 'Parivarvad', they have started saying that Modi has no family," the Prime Minister said. (ANI)
