Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], October 7 (ANI): Tamil Nadu Governor Thiru RN Ravi on Monday met Thiru Sridhar Vembu, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zoho Corporation.
He also visited their facilities and observed their team of researchers working on advanced IT services and products as well as designing and developing of sophisticated machine tools.
Tamil Nadu Governor posted on X and lauded the Zoho Corporation's efforts to constitute rural young talents in their team. He conveyed that he felt "energised" by seeing their passionate commitment to make the country self-dependent in technology and products. Furthermore, he extended his wishes to the team.
"Delighted to have met Thiru Sridhar Vembu @svembu, CEO Zoho Corporation and seen the ongoing pioneering R&D by dedicated team of researchers in advanced IT services and products as well as designing and developing sophisticated machine tools at their facilities in remote rural settings. Young students from surrounding villages are picked up and shaped into world class soft and hardware developers," said Thiru RN Ravi.


He further said, "Such rural young talents constitute the bulk of workforce at these facilities. Felt energised by seeing their passionate commitment to make the country #Atmanirbhar in technology and products. With such visionaries and talents India is unstoppable! My best wishes to team @Zoho."
