Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], October 25 (ANI): JKNC leader Sheikh Bashir Ahmad on Friday condemned the terrorists attack on a military vehicle in Baramulla and said that some forces do not want the democratic process to function in Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to ANI, JKNC leader Ahmad said, "There is no doubt that J-K has been suffering through militancy in the last 35 years. Sometimes it stops and sometimes it resumes. This has become a continuous process. This is a strategy, some forces do not want the democratic process to function in J-K. They are always looking for opportunities to do something or the other."
He claimed that these terrorist attacks were part of a conspiracy to prevent democratic system from flourishing in Jammu and Kashmir.
"It is true that it has been happening continuously since the day when the oath ceremony of MLAs was held in the Assembly. So, this seems like a conspiracy to not allow democratic set-up to flourish," JKNC leader Ahmad added.
