SL Navy apprehends 4 Indian fishermen

Rameswaram (Tamil Nadu) [India], July 08 (ANI): The Sri Lankan Navy apprehended four Indian fishermen along with a mechanised fishing boat near Delft Island on Sunday morning.

Rameswaram (Tamil Nadu) [India], July 08 (ANI): The Sri Lankan Navy apprehended four Indian fishermen along with a mechanised fishing boat near Delft Island on Sunday morning.
The interrogation of all the apprehended fishermen is underway at Kankesanthurai naval camp in Sri Lanka.
More details are awaited.
Fishermen from both the countries are being apprehended on a regular basis for breaching each other's territorial waters or doing suspicious activities. (ANI)
