New Delhi [India], June 10 (ANI): A day after taking oath as Union Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with his family met former President Ram Nath Kovind, in Delhi on Monday.
Ahead of this Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with his family planted a sapling in Delhi. He was accompanied by his wife and both sons.

Notably, Chouhan had taken the resolve to plant a sapling every day during his fourth term as the chief minister.
Earlier, BJP's veteran leader and four-time Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was on Sunday sworn in as a minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Union Cabinet.
The 65-year-old BJP leader was administered oath by President Droupadi Murmu at the swearing-in ceremony at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhawan.
Chouhan won the Vidisha seat by a record margin of 8,21,408 votes in the general elections 2024 on Tuesday, according to the Election Commission of India.
The party chose Chouhan to head the Madhya Pradesh government for the first time in 2005 when he was the state BJP chief. He became an MLA again from Budhni.
As the state BJP president, Chouhan was chosen to become the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on November 30, 2005. He served as the Chief Minister from 2005 to 2018 and again from 2020 to 2023, making him the longest-serving Chief Minister of the state. (ANI)
