‘Seven Wonders of the World’ now in Delhi
New Delhi [India] Feb 7 (ANI): Displaying its commitment towards an eco-friendly environment, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has created replicas of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’ using scrap at a park near Sarai Kale Khan in south-east Delhi, which was once a landfill site.
New Delhi [India] Feb 7 (ANI): Displaying its commitment towards an eco-friendly environment, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has created replicas of the Seven Wonders of the World using scrap at a park near Sarai Kale Khan in south-east Delhi, which was once a landfill site.
This upcoming tourist spot has models of the Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Christ the Redeemer statue, Great Pyramid of Giza and Rome's Colosseum.
The park has not been opened for the public yet.
There is a similar park based on the theme of the Seven Wonders of the World in Kota, Rajasthan. (ANI)
