he Delhi High court while disposing a Habeas Corpus petition held that Minor childrens' custody with mother, who is a natural guardian, can not be termed as illegal. A British Citizen of Pakistan origin Yasir Ayaz had moved a petition of Habeas Corpus for production of his children and their repatriation to the United Kingdom as per the order of UK Family court.

Counsel for the accused, Arvind Singh, expressed opposition to the police remand. He stated that a weapon had already been recovered in the matter and that the probe was nearing completion, as eyewitnesses had already been recorded.

When we were departing from the function, a man came from behind, and he ran very fast and placed his revolver on the back of Doctor Sahib (Farooq Abdullah), and he fired, but his shot missed. The people who were with Doctor Sahib's (Farooq Abdullah) security people caught him in a moment, made him fall, pressed him, and, with great difficulty, we took the pistol from him. Then we left from there and came back home," Jan told ANI.
