RSS all-India coordination meeting to be held in Palakkad, Kerala

New Delhi [India], August 20 (ANI): The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will hold its annual Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak Meeting in Palakkad, Kerala, from August 31 to September 2, 2024.
This three-day national meeting, typically held once a year, was previously conducted in Pune in September 2023. The meeting gathers key officials from various RSS-inspired organizations, who actively engage in democratic efforts to bring about social change in different spheres of public life.
During the meeting, representatives from different organizations will share updates and experiences related to their work. There will be discussions on the current national situation, recent significant events, and various dimensions of social transformation.
The meeting will also focus on enhancing mutual cooperation and coordination among the organizations on various topics of national interest.
A source said that the RSS meeting may discuss various topics of national importance, including the recent violent incidents against Hindus in Bangladesh, the rehabilitation of displaced Hindus from Bangladesh, demographic changes in Bengal, the implementation of a Uniform Civil Code (UCC). Additionally, there may be discussions on other significant recent events and various dimensions of social transformation.
The meeting could also include detailed discussions on the swift implementation of the UCC in other BJP-ruled states following its introduction in Uttarakhand in October. This is aimed at paving the way for the UCC to be implemented at the national level.
The meeting will be attended by Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryawah Dattatreya Hosabale, along with all six Sah-Sarkaryawahs, and other senior RSS functionaries.
Additionally, leaders, organizational ministers, and key officials from 32 RSS-affiliated organizations, including the Rashtriya Sevika Samiti, Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, Vishva Hindu Parishad, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Bharatiya Janata Party, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Vidya Bharati, and Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, will participate in the meeting.
