Rhinoceros' body found without horn in Kaziranga National Park

Guwahati (Assam) [India] Nov. 10 (ANI): Body of a rhinoceros has been found in Kaziranga National Park here without horn, said park officials on Friday.

He added that the poachers killed the animal on Wednesday and the carcass was recovered near the Kahara range of the park on Thursday.

A huge cache of arms and ammunition was also recovered from the Kaziranga National Park, and is believed to belong to the poachers. The forest officials have launched a search operation to trace the poachers.

With this, four rhinoceroses have been killed in Kaziranga this month and the animals' horns had been chopped off and stolen. (ANI)
