Reliance Industries's annual general meeting to be held on August 29 virtually

"The Forty-seventh Annual General Meeting (Post-lPO) ("AGM") of the members of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India," the press release of RIL said.

New Delhi [India], August 5 (ANI): The Annual General Meeting of the members of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) will be held on August 29 virtually per the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, a press release said on Monday.
"The Forty-seventh Annual General Meeting (Post-lPO) ("AGM") of the members of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), per the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India," the press release of RIL said.
The company has also fixed August 19, as the 'Record Date' to determine the members eligible to receive dividends for the financial year 2023-24.
"The Company has fixed: Monday, August 19, 2024, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividends for the financial year 2023-24. Dividend,
if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM; and Thursday, August 22, 2024, as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM," the press release added. (ANI)
