Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], September 17 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Tuesday inaugurated the 'CM Employment Festival' and laid the foundation stone for the PM Housing Scheme and various development projects.
During his address, CM Sharma reiterated his commitment to providing 4 lakh government jobs, as previously promised.
"We work for the 8 crore people of Rajasthan. We do not concern ourselves with whether the Vidhan Sabha has MLAs from our party or another. Our government is committed to fulfilling the demands of the people... We promised to provide 4 lakh government jobs in five years, and we will deliver. We also pledged to create 6 lakh private jobs, and I assure you, we will surpass this target," said Sharma.
The Chief Minister also extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 74th birthday.
"We pray for your long life. May God always protect you. Happy Birthday to the world's most popular leader, our illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who continues to work tirelessly for a developed India and is a devout worshipper of Mother India," Sharma said in a post on X.
"May you enjoy a long life and good health by the grace of Lord Shri Ram. May we all continue to benefit from your energetic guidance, and may India advance on the path of progress, solidifying its glorious position in the world under your skilful leadership. #HappyBdayModiji," he added.
Meanwhile, Union Minister JP Nadda also extended his wishes to Prime Minister Modi.
"I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Narendra Modiji, our successful Prime Minister, who dedicates every moment to realising the mantra of 'Antyodaya' and is devoted to the service of the nation and the upliftment of the people," Nadda said in a post on X.
Commending Modi's leadership, Nadda remarked that the vision of a 'developed India' has become a shared resolve among the people.
"Under your leadership, our mission of service, good governance, and development is taking concrete shape. Your leadership and guidance serve as an inspiration for millions of BJP workers. I pray for your long life and good health. Best wishes! #HappyBdayModiji," he added. (ANI)
