Light rain lashed several parts of the national capital on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami at midnight today.

New Delhi [India], August 27 (ANI): Light rain lashed several parts of the national capital on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami at midnight today.
"Moderate rainfall accompanied with moderate thunderstorm and lightning (30-40 Km/h gusty winds) with possibility of one or two intense spells is very likely to occur at West Delhi, Central-Delhi, New Delhi, South-West Delhi, South Delhi, South-East Delhi, East Delhi, NCR (Gurugram, Faridabad, Manesar)," IMD posted on X.
Meanwhile, DD over north Gujarat moved westwards in the past 6 hours, about 70 km S-SE of Deesa.
"To move slowly W-SW across Gujarat region and reach Saurashtra & Kutch and adjoining areas of Pakistan and NE Arabian Sea by morning of 29th August," the IMD said.
Earlier on August 25, rain lashed several parts of Delhi, bringing respite from humid weather conditions. (ANI)
