Raigad building collapse: 16 dead, 19 missing, search operation continues

A fire broke out at the old Transport Authority building in Sheikh Sarai Phase 2 area of Delhi on Wednesday night, gutting important documents stored in the record room, officials said.

The attached properties are in the form of land parcels situated in Goa, Kerala, Karnataka, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde stated that the threats were bogus, calling the Vidhan Bhavan safe and added that operations to tackle the issue are underway smoothly.

During the meeting, Rohit Pawar shared all relevant files and details, with KC Venugopal and other Congress leaders also present. Antop Hill police have registered a case of abetment to suicide against Fuzail Ahmed Khan, 34 yrs, after a medical student, Stuti Sonawane, 24 yrs, allegedly died by suicide at her residence in Wadala East, leaving behind a 6-page suicide note. The case has been registered based on a complaint filed by the deceased victim's father.
