New Delhi [India], Nov 18 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Sunday expressed condolences to the families of the people killed in the grenade attack at the Nirankari Bhawan in Amritsar's Rajasansi village.

New Delhi [India], Nov 18 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Sunday expressed condolences to the families of the people killed in the grenade attack at the Nirankari Bhawan in Amritsar's Rajasansi village.
Taking to his Facebook page, the Congress president said that "I am very hurt by the news of the attack in Amritsar. The incident is condemnable. I express my sympathy to the families of the deceased."
At least three people were killed and 20 were left injured in the bombing that took place in the afternoon today. IG (Border) Surinder Pal Singh Parmar confirmed that two individuals had lobbed a hand grenade in the religious congregation, where around 250 people were present.
The state's Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has announced a compensation of Rs five lakh for the kin of the deceased and free treatment for those injured. (ANI)
