PWD issues fresh show-cause notice to AAP over Rouse Avenue house

New Delhi [India], September 29 (ANI): The Public Works Department (PWD) of the Delhi government issued a show-cause notice to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), asking why "illegal" allotment of its office at Rouse Avenue should not be revoked.

However, the allotment of the bungalow matter had also reached the court. This is the PWD's fresh notice in this regard.

The Delhi High Court in August set aside PWD's earlier order that cancelled the allotment of the property by saying that no reason was given by the PWD for its decision.

According to the sources, the PWD has given the AAP a week to respond. The property in question serves as the AAP's office. (ANI)
