Propellant filling of second stage of PSLV-C47 completed: ISRO

Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday distributed the second tranche of financial assistance under the Chief Minister's Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 1.0 at a programme held at Khanapara in Guwahati.
