President Kovind accepts resignation of ASG Sethi

Delhi (New Delhi) [India], Aug 11 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday accepted the resignation of Sandeep Sethi from the post of the Additional Solicitor General(ASG) of India, with immediate effect.

Delhi (New Delhi) [India], Aug 11 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday accepted the resignation of Sandeep Sethi from the post of the Additional Solicitor General(ASG) of India, with immediate effect.
Sethi, along with two other senior advocates, namely Aman Lekhi and Vikramjit Banerjee, was appointed as the new ASG of the Supreme Court in February this year.
However, the senior advocate, who was to serve till June 30, 2020, tendered his resignation last month. (ANI)
