Former Andhra Pradesh Minister Gudivada Amarnath on Thursday said that the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging the land policy of the state government, alleging that large extents of valuable public land are being allotted to a few real estate companies at very low prices.

In a post on X, Stalin stated that he had written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the relevant Union Ministers regarding the issue. He added that the state government held a consultation meeting yesterday under the leadership of R Sakkarapani to discuss strategies for addressing the gas shortage.

Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel on Thursday distributed 40 electric cars to Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the state in Gandhinagar to facilitate practical training in electric vehicle technology for trainees in the Motor Mechanic trade. During the event, the Chief Minister also inaugurated 50 Dhanvantari Arogya Rath and six Mobile Medical Vans to provide doorstep primary healthcare services to construction workers and labourers.

In a letter addressed to the Minister, AIMSA expressed "serious concern" regarding the NMC notice which requires FMGs to undergo compulsory onsite compensation for the online education undertaken during the pandemic period.

Vijayan said there is no anti-incumbency in the state, adding that the people hold a positive view of the government and its policies and believe only the current administration can take Kerala forward.

In an 'X' post, TMC said the government has "ek hi naara, line mein rahe desh bechara," pointing to past governmental measures including demonetisation, the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, the Special Identification Registration (SIR), and now the LPG shortage. The party described demonetisation as a "Tughlaqi farman" that forced ordinary citizens to wait in serpentine queues outside banks and ATMs for days to access their own money. The post also highlighted the 2020 COVID-19 oxygen crisis, when families stood in long lines outside hospitals and suppliers as the public health system collapsed.

As per the schedule, the draft proposal for the delimitation of wards will be published on March 12. Residents of the concerned municipal areas can submit objections or suggestions till March 19.

Punjab Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Sunil Jakhar said that in the Punjab Legislative Assembly, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the opposition Congress are creating drama through mutual coordination to divert people's attention from real issues affecting Punjab.

"No funds have been given under the Jal Jeevan Mission. Money has also not been allocated for the education sector, and even for the MGNREGA scheme. The people of Tamil Nadu are well aware of the lack of financial support from the Centre," he said.

Speaking with ANI, he noted that the international community currently lacks respected voices capable of exerting the moral and critical pressure necessary to move toward peace, stressing that countries like India, with moral authority, should push for a ceasefire and dialogue.
