Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin launched a sharp attack on the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the Bharatiya Janata Party, accusing them of pursuing policies that are "against Tamil Nadu."

Speaking at a public rally in Thanjavur, Vijay referred to the controversy surrounding the release of his film Jananayagan, thanking Stalin for voicing support for the movie and noting the widespread backing it received from the public.

Speaking to the reporters at the screening of the film in Delhi, the Chief Minister said that 'Shatak' depicts the journey of completing 100 years of the Sangh and highlights its contribution to the service of the nation and India's reconstruction.
