"PM Modi's govt made revolutionary change in past nine years": Jyotiraditya Scindia

Ahead of the interim budget presentation, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Wednesday heaped praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the 'Modi' government has made revolutionary change in the past nine years.

New Delhi [India], January 31 (ANI): Ahead of the interim budget presentation, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Wednesday heaped praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the 'Modi' government has made revolutionary change in the past nine years.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the interim budget tomorrow. Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha polls are likely to be held in April-May this year. The last session before the Lok Sabha polls is to provide a total of eight sittings spred over 10 days.
While speaking to ANI, Scindia said, "PM Modi's government has made a revolutionary change in the country in the past nine years. India has risen on a global platform. In 2014, India was the 10th largest economy. Today, it is the 5th largest economy. In the next 3 years, India will be among the three largest economies."
"There are lots of projects for the development of the poor, like PM Awas Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana... There has been a transformation and I am sure that in this budget too, the same would continue with the thought of 'India First'," he added.
Speaking about the Agra-Gwalior expressway, he said, "After the land acquisition and transferring it to NHAI, the Agra-Gwalior expressway would be ready in two and a half years
The Agra-Gwalior expressway is one of the most significant infrastructure projects that is expected to reduce the travel time between Agra and Gwalior. (ANI)
