PM Modi will seek blessings from holy Adi Kailash in Uttarakhand: CM Dhami

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday said that PM Modi will seek blessings from the holy Adi-Kailas.

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], October 11 (ANI): Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday said that PM Modi will seek blessings from the holy Adi Kailash.
"The illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji will visit Adi Kailash and Parvati Tal tomorrow on 12th October. The Prime Minister will gift various development schemes to this area and with his arrival, the Adi Kailash tourism area will also get a new identity," CM Dhami posted on X (Formerly Twitter).
PM Modi will visit Uttarakhand on October 12 where he will offer prayers at Jageshwar Dham, have a 'darshan' of Adi Kailash, meet soldiers at the India-China border and address a public meeting in Pithoragarh.
The Prime Minister will reach Jollingkong in Pithoragarh, where he will perform pooja and darshan at Parvati Kund. He will also seek blessings from the holy Adi-Kailash at this place. The area is known for its spiritual importance and natural beauty," the Prime Minister's Office stated.
Prime Minister will reach Gunji village, Pithoragarh district at around 9:30 AM, where he will interact with the local people, and visit an exhibition highlighting local art and products. He will also interact with personnel of the Army, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Border Roads Organisation (BRO).
At around 12 noon, the Prime Minister will reach Jageshwar, Almora district, where he will perform pooja and darshan at Jageshwar Dham. Located at a height of about 6200 feet, the Jageshwar Dham comprises about 224 stone temples, it stated.
After that, PM Modi will reach Pithoragarh at around 2:30 pm, where he will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth about Rs 4,200 crore in sectors like rural development, road, power, irrigation, drinking water, horticulture, education, health and disaster management, among others.
