PM Modi to interact with 25,000 women in Kashi tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday will interact with more than 25,000 women at a conference to be organized at the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University in Kashi aiming to appreciate the efforts of all women who played a vital role in PM Modi's roadshow.

Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 20 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday will interact with more than 25,000 women at a conference to be organized at the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University in Kashi aiming to appreciate the efforts of all women who played a vital role in PM Modi's roadshow.
In the evening, a 'Nari Shakti Samvaad' focusing on women empowerment will be hosted at Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya to honour all women who played a vital role in PM Modi's roadshow.
In this program, women will handle all responsibilities including management, stage, and other arrangements.
Additionally, the Prime Minister will interact with women engaged in impactful initiatives in his constituency, as well as those from self-help groups and female BJP representatives.
The 'Nari Shakti Samvaad' on women empowerment will highlight the essence of rural India. CM Yogi Adityanath will share the stage with PM Modi. The program will exclusively feature women.
The Prime Minister will arrive in Kashi on May 21 for a two-day visit and depart on the morning of May 22.
PM Modi is visiting his parliamentary constituency Kashi for the second time within a week after his nomination for the Lok Sabha elections.
Notably, this program is being organized in response to the Prime Minister's desire to interact with women and their empowerment. Women from various sections of society have been invited to this program.
In the 'Nari Shakti Samvaad', from receiving PM Modi, stage management, arrangements, and all responsibilities will be shouldered by women. The pavilion will also showcase a mini-India. Women residing in Varanasi from states like Maharashtra, West Bengal, South India, etc., will be seen in their respective attires. Women from all walks of life, including doctors, teachers, housewives, advocates, players, and businessmen will also participate.
Preparations for the program are being finalized by the BJP Mahila Morcha. Lok Sabha in-charge Archana Mishra, Meena Chaube, Regional President of BJP Mahila Morcha Namrata Chaurasia, Metropolitan President Kusum Singh Patel, District President Vineeta Singh, Nirmala Singh Patel, and the entire team, including secretary Pragya Pandey, are engaged in making the program memorable.
Earlier on May 14, Prime Minister Modi filed his nomination papers from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh. The Prime Minister is seeking a third consecutive term from the constituency and hoping to win with a record margin.
PM Modi, the sitting MP and BJP's candidate, filed his nomination papers at the district magistrate's office. Varanasi will go in for polling in the seventh and last phase of the Lok Sabha polls on June 1. The counting of the votes will be held on June 4. (ANI)
