PM Modi salutes "Himveers" as ITBP celebrates 63rd Raising Day

New Delhi [India], October 24 (ANI): As Indo-Tibetan Border Police celebrates 63rd Raising Day on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to ITBP 'Himveers' and their families. He added that the Force stands tall as a symbol of valour and dedication.
"Raising Day greetings to ITBP Himveers and their families. This Force stands tall as a symbol of valour and dedication. They protect us, including in some of the most challenging terrains and tough climatic conditions. Additionally, their efforts during natural disasters and rescue operations inspire immense pride among the people," PM Modi wrote on X.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah extended greetings and hailed ITBP personnel saying that the nation takes immense pride in their bravery and patriotism.
"Greetings to the personnel of the ITBP on their Raising Day. Their unwavering dedication to protecting our nation amidst the extreme weather conditions is truly remarkable. The nation takes immense pride in their bravery and patriotism. My salutations to the immortal Himveers who made the supreme sacrifice for the nation," the Union Home Minister wrote on X.
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju also extended greetings and posted on X, "On the Raising Day of ITBP, I extend Warm Greetings to the entire ITBP family. The Nation is proud of your sacrifice in guarding and protecting our motherland. Salute to #Himveer @ITBP_official.
"Raising Day greetings to the indomitable Himveers of @ITBP_official. For years, ITBP has been a symbol of courage and dedication, guarding our borders and serving the nation in the most challenging terrains. I join the nation in saluting their resilience and honouring their sacrifices," Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan posted on X.
"Hearty congratulations and best wishes on the foundation day of 'Indo-Tibetan Border Police' to the brave soldiers of @ITBP_official and their families who strengthen the security of the Indo-Tibetan border with their valour and dedication! The courage that the ITBP soldiers have shown in protecting the nation by remaining steadfast even in difficult circumstances is a matter of pride for every Indian. Jai Hind!" Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath posted on X.
Reiterating its commitment to national security, ITBP posted on X, "On the 63rd Raising Day, #ITBP salutes the Nation and honours the bravery and dedication of its personnel, who serve tirelessly in the harshest terrains.
