Speaking to reporters ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi, Radhakrishnan said, "Now people can easily understand how strong is Indian democracy. The (Lok Sabha) elections are over. Now everyone should be united for the development of India. No more politics... I hope at least now people will not have any doubt about Electronic Voting Machine."
"We have to believe the system. Within the system, we must know how to work. Wherever changes are required, that has to be done. But the people of India, I believe, again voted for Narendra Modi ji for one single agenda- that is development," Radhakrishnan added.
He said Narendra Modi will carry the wonderful work done during his previous two terms in the next five years.

Narendra Modi on Sunday morning offered tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and also offered homage at the war memorial ahead of his swearing-in as the Prime Minister.
PM Modi will take the oath of office at 7:15 PM today along with his council of ministers in a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) unanimously passed a resolution to elect Narendra Modi as their leader on June 5.
With today's swearing-in, Narendra Modi will become the only leader after former PM Jawaharlal Nehru, who has been elected for a third consecutive term after completing the full tenure of each previous term.
All security measures have been put in place for the mega event. Five companies of paramilitary forces will be deployed to ensure the safety and security of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The BJP bagged 240 seats and the National Democratic Alliance secured 293 seats out of 543 Lok Sabha seats. Congress fought the election as part of the INDIA bloc and the parties together were able to prevent BJP from getting a majority on its own in Lok Sabha. (ANI)
