New Delhi [India], September 4 (ANI): The Rouse Avenue Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to release the SUV belonging to Manuj Kathuria, an accused in the Old Rajender Nagar deaths case.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Nishant Garg ordered the Investigation Officer (IO) of the CBI to complete the necessary formalities, obtain a valuation report, and release the vehicle to Kathuria. CBI's public prosecutor had sought time for inspection of the vehicle by the motor vehicle inspector (MVI).
It was stated in the report that the vehicle and gate of the building have been inspected by the team of professors of IIT Delhi. Now it is to be inspected by the Motor Vehicle Inspector.
Earlier, the court had directed the CBI to get the vehicle inspected by the experts.
