Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 23 (ANI): After a woman who was allegedly gang-raped in a moving in Noida Sector 39 on Saturday, the police have registered a case against the accused.
"They raped woman in a car, took her to Delhi, and fled away after leaving her near Akshardham Temple. The cases have been registered u/s 376 D and 506 IPC," Police.
The woman was pulled into a Scorpio car by men at Golf course metro station and then was allegedly gangraped in a moving car.
Meanwhile, the victim has been sent for medical examination.
In a similar incident, recently a nurse was allegedly looted and gangraped in Sihani Gate area of Ghaziabad. (ANI)
