Muslim youth attend Kazakhstan Home of Peace event in Delhi

New Delhi [India], Oct.16 (ANI): The Embassy of Kazakhstan in India organised a "Kazakhstan: Home of Peace" special session dedicated to Kazakhstan and its achievements over the weekend.

The event was organised within the framework of the Conference of the National Delegates of the Muslim Student Organisation of India.

The special session was attended by embassy representatives and over 100 delegates, including teachers, experts, academics and students.

During the event, research reports on the following topics were presented:

• Kazakhstan and its role in Global Peace

• President Nursultan Nazarbayev's idea of "Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions" and how Kazakhstan is successfully given the message of Peace

• Kazakhstan initiate for Nuclear Disarmament and encouragement to countries across Central Asia to together to declare the region a nuclear-free zone - a model for wider development

• India Kazakhstan relationship.

Participants engaged in a lively conversation and exchange of views on the above topics.

The Muslim Student Organisation of India is one of the largest and most influential youth associations, which includes more than a million members and operates in 22 states of India through 560 representative offices. (ANI)
