Mumbai Crime Branch arrests one shooter in Baba Siddique murder case
The Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested a shooter identified as Gaurav Vilas Apune in the murder case of Baba Siddique.

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], November 8 (ANI): The Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested a shooter identified as Gaurav Vilas Apune in the murder case of Baba Siddique.
The investigation of the Mumbai Crime Branch revealed that Gaurav Vilas who was involved as a shooter in the Plan B made by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang for the murder of Baba Siddique had gone to Jharkhand to practice his firing.
In further interrogation, Apune revealed that Plan B was prepared for backup in case Plan A failed.
Additionally, one of the accused Rupesh Mohol arrested earlier had also gone to Jharkhand with Apune to practice firing.
In further interrogation, it was revealed that the mastermind of the murder, Shubham Lonkar had sent both Mohol and Apune for their practice to Jharkhand on July 28 along with necessary weapons.
Both had practised their firing for a day in Jharkhand and returned to Pune on July 29 after which they got back in touch with Shubham Lonkar, as per the Mumbai Crime Branch.
The Mumbai Crime Branch officials are also trying to locate the exact location in Jharkhand where the exercise was carried out.
