MP CM Mohan Yadav to seek investment in Space Technology during 2-day investors summit road-show in Bengaluru

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], August 7 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will interact with industrialists in the two-day investors' summit road-show being organised in Bengaluru from today and will seek investment in Space Technology for the state.
The two-day investors' summit roadshow is being held on August 7 and August 8 for the investment opportunity in Madhya Pradesh.
According to an official statement, Madhya Pradesh is going to seek investments from space tech companies for the first time to take the support of new technologies and use them in the development plans in the state.
"Space technology companies provide satellite imagery and data analytics. Global monitoring and accuracy of data improves through satellites. These companies are developing the latest technology to monitor space pollution and orbital objects. These companies aim to increase security in space," the statement read.
CM Yadav will interact with industrialists and will invite major companies in this sector to invest in Madhya Pradesh. He will also discuss the possibility of investment in Madhya Pradesh from companies like Pixxel, Digantara, Galaxeye, SatSure, and KaleidEO Sky Server. SatSure Company provides satellite imagery, which is very useful for the agricultural sector. Similarly, Pixxel company builds and operates small satellites based on Earth's images, the release added.
The Chief Minister will also interact with IT sector companies and discuss investment possibilities.
Furthermore, CM Yadav intends to establish Global Capability Centers in Bhopal and Indore as it will create local employment opportunities and also give impetus to the local economy. With the establishment of these centres, the talents of the state can be utilised which will also increase the availability of skilled workforce. These centres will encourage technological innovation and entrepreneurship in cities and also strengthen the local ecosystem.
Keeping in view the possibilities of the garment industry in Madhya Pradesh, the CM will discuss with major apparel and textile (textile) companies in Bengaluru.
Many companies in this sector like Best Corp and Gokaldas are investing in Madhya Pradesh. Investment in the garment industry will strengthen the economic condition of the state and new employment opportunities will be created. Investment in the garment industry will help Madhya Pradesh to emerge as a major centre in the universal garment sector, it added. (ANI)
