MP CM Chouhan extends greetings to women on Raksha Bandhan

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], August 30 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday extended greetings to women on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
CM Chouhan wished for the happiness, prosperity of the women on the occasion.
“May this festival of Raksha Bandhan bring happiness and prosperity in women’s life. May the house of women be filled with happiness. But I also have a promise and a resolution on Raksha Bandhan. My sisters, I will work day and night for your economic, educational, social and political empowerment,” CM Chouhan said.
It is the mission of his life that the honour, security and respect of women should continue to increase, he said, adding that he would not let tears remain in women’s eyes.
The CM further said, “I will do my best to make your (women) face smile and you live a happy life with your family. Happy Rakshabandhan to the Ladli Bahnas once again.”
Raksha Bandhan is a festival to celebrate the bond between a brother and a sister. It is being celebrated with huge fanfare across the country. (ANI)
