Money laundering case: Delhi HC adjourns hearing of Moin Qureshi till Oct 23

New Delhi [India], October 17 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of meat exporter Moin Qureshi till October 23, in connection with a money laundering case.

Money laundering case: Delhi HC adjourns hearing of Moin Qureshi till Oct 23

New Delhi [India], October 17 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of meat exporter Moin Qureshi till October 23, in connection with a money laundering case.

Earlier last month, the High Court Delhi stayed hearing on the bail application of Qureshi in the same case. The court said that it cannot hear a case which is also listed in a separate court.

A similar plea is listed for hearing in a special court at Patiala House on September 16.

Qureshi had challenged his arrest describing it as illegal. He has been sent for 14 days judicial custody in the same regard.

Qureshi, was arrested on August 25, under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), after he was not cooperating in the probe. (ANI)
