Minister Anmol Gagan Maan to be chief guest of Punjab Day function at IITF 2023

New Delhi [India], November 17 (ANI): Punjab Minister for Tourism and Cultural Affairs and Investment Promotion, Anmol Gagan Maan, will be the chief guest of the Punjab Day function to be held on November 18, 2023, during the ongoing India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
According to officials, Punjab Cabinet Minister Anmol Gagan Maan will inaugurate the Punjab Pavilion, where stalls of various departments and institutes, including Markfed, Verka, PSIEC-Invest Punjab, Punjab Tourism, Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana, the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, and the Punjab Pollution Control Board, have been set up to showcase the state's culture, heritage, industrial growth, agricultural innovations, and handicrafts, as well as related products.
The theme of this year is 'VasudhaivaKutumbakam - United by Trade'.
A spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that the officials deputed by various departments at the stalls have been informing visitors about the various progressive and pro-people initiatives of the state government led by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Renowned Punjabi singer Afsana Khan will perform during the cultural leg of the Punjab Day function, he said. (ANI)
