MEA denies foul play in Sridevi's demise

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that several of these individuals, particularly students, have already left Iran and returned to India. Others, including students and pilgrims based in Tehran, have been shifted to safer locations and cities within the country.

The two carriers will also operate their respective scheduled services to and from Jeddah and Muscat with a total of 10 flights to and from Jeddah, and 08 scheduled flights to and from Muscat operated by Air India Express.

"The deepening crisis in the supply of cooking gas (LPG) in the country due to the war in the Gulf countries is extremely alarming. It is unfortunate that the Modi government remains as negligent and insensitive as ever regarding this potential national crisis. The Delhi government has clarified that the supply of LPG, petrol, diesel and PNG in the national capital remains completely normal and there is no shortage of any fuel. The government has appealed to residents not to pay attention to rumours being circulated about gas supply and to avoid unnecessary panic or hoarding, Chief Minister office said on Wednesday.

According to the Chief Minister's Office, the meeting was called to review the rumours regarding the disruption in the Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) supply and asserted that adequate stock is available in the national capital.
