Man shot at Delhi's Uttam Nagar

A man was shot by unidentified assailants while he was sitting inside his garage in Delhi's Uttam Nagar on Wednesday evening, said police.

New Delhi [India], July 24 (ANI): A man was shot by unidentified assailants while sitting inside his garage in Delhi's Uttam Nagar on Wednesday evening, police reported.
The incident occurred at Sanjay Enclave, within the Bindapur police station jurisdiction, at around 5:34 PM.
Upon receiving the information, police swiftly reached the scene and transported the victim to BM Gupta Hospital, later transferring him to DDU Hospital.
The victim, identified as Pawan Garg, 37, sustained a gunshot wound to the left side of his neck. He is reported to be in stable condition, according to the police.
In his statement, Pawan Garg mentioned that he operates an e-rickshaw garage near his home. He recounted that while sitting in his office near the garage, an unknown individual entered and fired a shot at him.
Police are conducting further investigations and efforts are underway to apprehend the culprits. (ANI)
