Ludhiana ACP faces molestation charges

Patiala House court has recently granted bail to Chaitnyanand Saraswati in fake number plate case. Delhi police has filed a charge sheet in this case. The court raised serious question on the investigation conducted in the cases. However, he will remain in custody as their is another case of alleged molestation of 17 students. He is in judicial custody in molestation case. Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Animesh Kumar granted bail to Chaitanyanand Saraswati in diplomatic fake number plate case. While granting bail to Saraswati the court said that investigation conducted in a shoddy and casual manner.
