Kolkata: JP Nadda offers aarti to Goddess Durga at puja pandal in Howrah

Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], October 21 (ANI): BJP National President, JP Nadda offered aarti to Goddess Durga at a puja pandal in Kolkata's Howrah.

Visuals showed Nadda offering the aarti to the goddess along with party leaders Sukanta Majumdar, Suvendhu Adhikari and Agnimitra Paul.
The BJP National president also addressed a gathering in Howarah and said, "People of West Bengal are at the forefront in giving the world a point of view. I pray that the demonic powers in this land perish and the good powers get more strength so that the society gets auspicious. So that 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas' (collective development) takes place."

Nadda arrived in Kolkata on Saturday morning and he was received by senior party leaders at the Kolkata International Airport upon his arrival.
The visuals showed the BJP president being received by senior BJP leaders at the airport with flowers and gifts.
According to an official statement released by BJP earlier, Nadda will also be visiting the community puja pandal situated at Shobhabazar Rajbari in Kolkata to seek blessings from Maa Durga.
After that, he will visit the community puja pandal located in New Market, Kolkata, said the official statement. (ANI)
