Kerala: 4 including victim's aunt arrested in rape case

A division bench of Justices Prathiba M Singh and Vikas Mahajan passed the order while hearing Suse's appeal against the August 1 order of the Patiala House Court, which had rejected his interim bail plea on medical grounds.

Dwarka court on Wednesday granted 7 hours of custody parole to Sandeep alias Kala Jatheri to visit his home in the village of Jatheri in Sonipat, Haryana. He will visit his home on September 20 between 10 AM and 5 PM in police custody.

In another hit-and-run case in the Delh-NCR region, a car hit a pedestrian in Greater Noida earlier this month with the victim stating that the vehicle was being driven at a high speed and it appeared that the driver was under influence of liquor.  

Speaking to ANI, Bindal said the defence opposed the police custody plea, arguing that the police had already been given sufficient time. However, the court allowed the two-day custody after recording their objections.
