KCR to meet PM Modi today

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 04 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will on Saturday meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss several subjects pertaining to the state.

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 04 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will on Saturday meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss several subjects pertaining to the state.
The Chief Minister will request Prime Minister Modi to give approval and clearance to the newly created Zonal System in Telangana.
Chief Minister Rao will also request the Prime Minister to expedite the division of High Court.
Among the other subjects, discussion will be on providing funds from the Centre to the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, allotment of Defence Land for secretariat building construction, amending the constitution for enhancement of reservations, release of funds for development of backward districts, establishing IIIT in Karimnagar, establishing Jawahar Navodaya educational institutions in the newly formed districts and more.
Earlier, The Telangana Chief Minister on Friday called on Union Minister of Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad and discussed the subject of division of High Court and newly created Zonal System. (ANI)
