Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], October 22 (ANI): With an intent to challenge norms and champion women's empowerment in motorsports, JK AUTOX WOMEN, the first-ever Women-Only Autocross event was held in the Kashmir Valley.

In a field that has been traditionally dominated by men, women in motorsports are proving their mettle and breaking barriers. Women have also made significant contributions to the industry in motorsports.
Many female drivers are leading the way to top the charts and making their presence felt in the racing world. These women are blazing a trail for others and challenging the status quo.

Despite their accomplishments, women in motorsports have faced adversity, including unusual opportunities and stereotypes. However, initiatives like the JK AUTOX WOMEN promoting gender diversity are working to dismantle these barriers.
