Kailash Satyarthi to be chief guest at RSS' Vijayadashmi event

The attack occurred when a man, allegedly carrying a loaded pistol, attempted to shoot Farooq Abdullah at a marriage party in Jammu's Royal Park in the Greater Kailash area.
