Jyotirmath's 55th Shankaracharya's 55th Prakatotsav to be celebrated as Gopratishtha Festival

The 55th Prakatotsav of Jyotirmath's 55th Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati will be celebrated with great fervor this year as the Gopratishtha Festival. This grand event will be held at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium from 2 PM to 8 PM.

New Delhi [India], August 6 (ANI): The 55th Prakatotsav of Jyotirmath's 55th Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati will be celebrated with great fervour this year as the Gopratishtha Festival. This grand event will be held at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium from 2 PM to 8 PM.
Several MPs will be present on this significant occasion, and former CBI Director M. Nageshwar Rao will also be present at the occasion. The program will commence with Mangala Dhwani. Raghavacharya Ji Maharaj and 300 saints and mahants from across the country will also be present on this auspicious occasion.
At Talkatora Indoor Stadium, Ratna Devi from Kawardha will present a silver throne to Shankaracharya. Bhajan maetsro Anup Jalota will perform Ganesh Vandana and Sohr.
Shankaracharya will be welcomed with dance displays from Haryana and Kashmir, adding cultural colour to this festival. 21 scholars from Kashi will also come to honour Shankaracharya.
The unique tradition of Tuladan, where Shankaracharya will be weighed with rabri, will be the main attraction of this event.
This event is extremely significant from a religious, cultural, and social perspective, spreading the message of unity, devotion, and service in society. (ANI)
