"Justice will surely be done": Union MoS Raj Bhushan Choudhary on Ayodhya rape case

Patna (Bihar) [India], August 4 (ANI): The Union Minister of State, Raj Bhushan Choudhary, said that justice will surely be done while speaking on the rape-case">Ayodhya rape case on Sunday.
Choudhary said that the administration has taken the matter into cognisance and appropriate action will be taken on this matter.
"The administration has taken this matter into cognisance and appropriate action will be taken. Justice will surely be done," he said.
Earlier, many leaders had expressed their views on this matter in which a minor girl was raped in Ayodhya
Echoing the demand of Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad to conduct a DNA test in the rape case, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav said on Saturday, August 3, that DNA tests should be done on the rape accused to deliver justice to the victim.
In a post on X, Akhilesh said, "In the case of misdeeds, the way for justice should be found by getting DNA tests done on those who are accused, and not by merely making allegations and doing politics. Whoever is guilty should be given full punishment according to the law, but if the allegations are proven false after the DNA test, then the government officials involved should also not be spared. This is the demand for justice."
The Ayodhya administration demolished the bakery of Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the rape case of a minor girl, on Saturday.
Bahujan Samaj Party Chief Mayawati slammed the Samajwadi Party over the DNA test demand and asked how many DNA tests were done during their tenure.
Today, Akhilesh Yadav urged the court to ensure the rape victim's safety, considering the sensitivity and seriousness of the matter.
In a post on X, Akhilesh said, "The government should ensure the best medical care for the rape victim. The government is responsible for protecting the girl's life. I humbly request the Honorable Court to take suo motu cognizance of the situation and ensure the victim's safety under its supervision, considering the sensitivity and seriousness of the matter."
"The malicious intent of certain individuals to politicize such incidents should never succeed," he added in the post. (ANI)
