Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) [India], August 20 (ANI): A training aircraft in Jamshedpur went missing after it took off from the Sonari airport on Tuesday.
As per information from the officials, information was received that search operations had been launched in the Saraikela district after the training aircraft went missing after it took off from the Sonari airport.
District Commissioner Ravishankar Shukla said, "We have received information about a training aircraft (which took off from Jamshedpur) went missing. A search operation has been launched in Saraikela district."
Additionally, the DC also said that the neighbouring district Purulia in West Bengal has also been informed and further added that the information related to the incident is being verified.
"Jamshedpur administration is also involved in searching. We have informed the neighbouring district Purulia, WB too. Every information related to this is being verified acted upon," added Shukla.
