J-K: SPO shot dead by terrorists in Shopian

Shopian (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], March 16 (ANI): Jammu Kashmir Police's Special Police Officer (SPO) Khushboo Jan was shot dead by terrorists at her house on Saturday.

Shopian (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], March 16 (ANI): Jammu Kashmir Police's Special Police Officer (SPO) Khushboo Jan was shot dead by terrorists at her house on Saturday.
SPO Jan was attacked by unidentified terrorists at her house in Shopian's Vehil village.
"Terrorists today fired on a woman police Khushboo Jan at her village in Vehil area of Shopian district. She sustained critical injuries and was evacuated to a hospital where she succumbed," said Jammu and Kashmir police in a press statement.
Police has registered a case and initiated an investigation in the matter.
On March 15, a 40-year-old civilian was shot dead allegedly by terrorists in Gulzarpora. Police investigation revealed that he was forcibly taken away by terrorists and later shot dead. (ANI)
