J-K: Soldier martyred in ceasefire violation by Pak

Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Nov 12 (ANI): One soldier was martyred while another was critically injured on Monday following an unprovoked ceasefire violation from the Pakistan Army in Poonch district's Krishna Ghati Sector along the Line of Control.

Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Nov 12 (ANI): One soldier was martyred while another was critically injured on Monday following an unprovoked ceasefire violation from the Pakistan Army in Poonch district's Krishna Ghati Sector along the Line of Control.
In the incident, Lance Naik Antony Sebastian KM was critically injured and succumbed to gunshot injuries he sustained from the cross-border firing, a government statement confirmed.
Meanwhile, Havaldar Mari Muthu D sustained gunshot wounds and was critically injured in the firing. Immediate resuscitation and medical aid was provided to the soldier, who has been evacuated to the Military Hospital, Poonch.
Sebastian KM was 34 years of age and was a native of Kerala's Ernakulam district and is survived by his wife, Anna Dayana Joseph.
The Indian Army retaliated strongly and effectively on Pakistan Army posts. (ANI)
