J-K LG Manoj Sinha pays obeisance to Mata Sidhlakshmi Asthapan in Anantnag

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday took part in the puja and hawan at Mata Sidhlakshmi Asthapan at Lok Bhawan Anantnag on the auspicious occasion of Har Bah.

Anantnag (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], July 18 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday took part in the puja and hawan at Mata Sidhlakshmi Asthapan at Lok Bhawan Anantnag on the auspicious occasion of Har Bah.
During his visit to the shrine, the LG praised the local people and administration for restoring religious activities in most Hindu shrines in Jammu and Kashmir.
LG said, "Anantnag has remained the top in religious destinations and we are fortunate enough that most of the religious practices are now followed in most of the shrines."
LG further said that Kashmir takes pride in remaining the top destination for religious purposes.
Further taking to X LG wrote, "Paid obeisance to Mata Sidhlakshmi Asthapan, Lokbhawan, Anantnag on the auspicious occasion of Har Bah. Also joined the devotees in the Maha Yagya organised by the Terathraj Sidhlakshmi Peeth Trust. Prayed for the well-being of all and peace & prosperity of J&K."
Meanwhile, Manoj Sinha also released the second edition of North Kashmir Gazette and Cultural Encyclopaedia of Dard Tribe, at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar. (ANI)
